I've spent nearly two decades in the real estate industry as an agent, brokerage owner, recruiter, marketing specialist, trainer and entrepreneur.

Much of my career has centered around one question: how do we give real estate and mortgage professionals better systems to grow their businesses?

What Matters to Me

I love building businesses, systems and training that make complicated things simpler. Most of my career has centered around helping real estate professionals grow — and I especially love turning ideas into practical tools people can actually use.

My basic life and business philosophy can be summed up here:

-Lead with value.

-Help someone grow.

-Become useful.

-Build trust.

-Let business emerge from the relationship.

And, of course, life isn't all business. I'm married to my best friend, Paul, who knows more jokes than anyone I know, and we do our best to entertain Seradog, our quirky almost 14 year-old dog, who most certainly runs our household, which typically involves a little bit of foot stomping to get her way. 💜
I love visiting warm beaches, meeting new people and seeing new places, drinking a cold beer, reading a good book, baking something delicious, and laughing until my sides hurt. And if you'd really like to win me over, forget the fancy restaurant — bring me homemade blackberry pie. 😂
